Before you buy
How is it packed?
Everything is wrapped and sent double-boxed. Glass travels badly, and we’d rather use extra cardboard than replace a broken vase.
Does it look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical. Light, reflections and the room around it change how each piece looks, so photos can only get you so far.
Is it watertight?
All our vases are watertight and need no liner. Dry the base before you set the vase down on wood.
How do I clean it?
Lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Keep them out of the dishwasher, and dry steel by hand.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll send a new one that week. You don’t need to return the broken one.
When will it arrive?
Delivery takes 8–10 days from the day you order. Shipping is free on orders over 999 DKK.
